Building God's House, Counting the Cost
1. Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 2. “Speak to the children of Israel, that they take an offering for me. From everyone whose heart makes him willing you shall take my offering. 3. This is the offering which you shall take from them: gold, silver, brass, 4. blue, purple, scarlet, fine linen, goats’ hair, 5. rams’ skins dyed red, sea cow hides, acacia wood, 6. oil for the light, spices for the anointing oil and for the sweet incense, 7. onyx stones, and stones to be set for the ephod and for the breastplate. 8. Let them make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them. 9. According to all that I show you, the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all of its furniture, even so you shall make it. 10. “They shall make an ark of acacia wood. You shall put the mercy seat on top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the testimony that I will give you. 22. There I will meet with you, and I will tell you from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim which are on the ark of the testimony, all that I command you for the children of Israel. 23. “You shall make a table of acacia wood. Two cubits shall be its length, and a cubit its width, and one and a half cubits its height. 24. You shall overlay it with pure gold, and make a gold molding around it. 25. There shall be six branches going out of its sides: three branches of the lamp stand out of its one side, and three branches of the lamp stand out of its other side; 33. three cups made like almond blossoms in one branch, a bud and a flower; and three cups made like almond blossoms in the other branch, a bud and a flower, so for the six branches going out of the lamp stand; 34. and in the lamp stand four cups made like almond blossoms, its buds and its flowers; 35. and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, for the six branches going out of the lamp stand. 36. Their buds and their branches shall be of one piece with it, all of it one beaten work of pure gold. 37. You shall make its lamps seven, and they shall light its lamps to give light to the space in front of it. 38. Its snuffers and its snuff dishes shall be of pure gold. 39. It shall be made of a talent of pure gold, with all these accessories. 40. See that you make them after their pattern, which has been shown to you on the mountain. 1. “Moreover you shall make the tabernacle with ten curtains; of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, with cherubim. The work of the skillful workman you shall make them. 2. The length of each curtain shall be twenty-eight cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits: all the curtains shall have one measure. 3. Five curtains shall be coupled together to one another; and the other five curtains shall be coupled to one another. 4. You shall make loops of blue on the edge of the one curtain from the edge in the coupling; and likewise you shall make in the edge of the curtain that is outermost in the second coupling. 5. You shall make fifty loops on the edge of the one curtain that is outermost in the coupling, and fifty loops on the edge of the curtain which is outermost in the second coupling. 11. You shall make fifty clasps of brass, and put the clasps into the loops, and couple the tent together, that it may be one. 12. The overhanging part that remains of the curtains of the tent, the half curtain that remains, shall hang over the back of the tabernacle. 13. The cubit on the one side, and the cubit on the other side, of that which remains in the length of the curtains of the tent, shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle on this side and on that side, to cover it. 14. You shall make a covering for the tent of rams’ skins dyed red, and a covering of sea cow hides above. 15. “You shall make the boards for the tabernacle of acacia wood, standing up. 16. Ten cubits shall be the length of a board, and one and a half cubits the width of each board. 17. There shall be two tenons in each board, joined to one another: thus you shall make for all the boards of the tabernacle. 18. You shall make the boards for the tabernacle, twenty boards for the south side southward. 19. You shall make forty sockets of silver under the twenty boards; two sockets under one board for its two tenons, and two sockets under another board for its two tenons. 20. For the second side of the tabernacle, on the north side, twenty boards, 21. and their forty sockets of silver; two sockets under one board, and two sockets under another board. 22. For the far part of the tabernacle westward you shall make six boards. 23. You shall make two boards for the corners of the tabernacle in the far part. 24. They shall be double beneath, and in the same way they shall be whole to its top to one ring: thus shall it be for them both; they shall be for the two corners. 25. There shall be eight boards, and their sockets of silver, sixteen sockets; two sockets under one board, and two sockets under another board. 26. “You shall make bars of acacia wood: five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle, 27. and five bars for the boards of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the side of the tabernacle, for the far part westward. 28. The middle bar in the middle of the boards shall pass through from end to end. 29. You shall overlay the boards with gold, and make their rings of gold for places for the bars: and you shall overlay the bars with gold. 30. You shall set up the tabernacle according to the way that it was shown to you on the mountain. 31. “You shall make a veil of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, with cherubim. The work of the skillful workman shall it be made. 32. You shall hang it on four pillars of acacia overlaid with gold; their hooks shall be of gold, on four sockets of silver. 33. You shall hang up the veil under the clasps, and shall bring the ark of the testimony in there within the veil: and the veil shall separate the holy place from the most holy for you. 34. You shall put the mercy seat on the ark of the testimony in the most holy place. 35. You shall set the table outside the veil, and the lamp stand over against the table on the side of the tabernacle toward the south: and you shall put the table on the north side. 36. “You shall make a screen for the door of the Tent, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, the work of the embroiderer. 37. You shall make for the screen five pillars of acacia, and overlay them with gold: their hooks shall be of gold: and you shall cast five sockets of brass for them. 1. “You shall make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long, and five cubits wide; the altar shall be square: and its height shall be three cubits. 2. You shall make its horns on its four corners; its horns shall be of one piece with it; and you shall overlay it with brass. 3. You shall make its pots to take away its ashes, its shovels, its basins, its meat hooks, and its fire pans: all its vessels you shall make of brass. 4. You shall make a grating for it of network of brass: and on the net you shall make four bronze rings in its four corners. 5. You shall put it under the ledge around the altar beneath, that the net may reach halfway up the altar. 6. You shall make poles for the altar, poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with brass. 7. Its poles shall be put into the rings, and the poles shall be on the two sides of the altar, when carrying it. 8. You shall make it with hollow planks. They shall make it as it has been shown you on the mountain. 9. “You shall make the court of the tabernacle: for the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen one hundred cubits long for one side: 10. and its pillars shall be twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets shall be of silver. 11. Likewise for the north side in length there shall be hangings one hundred cubits long, and its pillars twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass; the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets, of silver. 12. For the width of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits; their pillars ten, and their sockets ten. 13. The width of the court on the east side eastward shall be fifty cubits. 14. The hangings for the one side of the gate shall be fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three. 15. For the other side shall be hangings of fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three. 16. For the gate of the court shall be a screen of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, the work of the embroiderer; their pillars four, and their sockets four. 17. All the pillars of the court around shall be filleted with silver; their hooks of silver, and their sockets of brass. 18. The length of the court shall be one hundred cubits, and the width fifty throughout, and the height five cubits, of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass. 19. All the instruments of the tabernacle in all its service, and all its pins, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass. 20. “You shall command the children of Israel, that they bring to you pure olive oil beaten for the light, to cause a lamp to burn continually. 21. In the Tent of Meeting, outside the veil which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall keep it in order from evening to morning before Yahweh: it shall be a statute forever throughout their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel. 1. “Bring Aaron your brother, and his sons with him, near to you from among the children of Israel, that he may minister to me in the priest’s office, even Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, Aaron’s sons. 2. You shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother, for glory and for beauty. 3. You shall speak to all who are wise-hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they make Aaron’s garments to sanctify him, that he may minister to me in the priest’s office. 4. These are the garments which they shall make: a breastplate, and an ephod, and a robe, and a coat of checker work, a turban, and a sash: and they shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother, and his sons, that he may minister to me in the priest’s office. 5. They shall take the gold, and the blue, and the purple, and the scarlet, and the fine linen. 6. “They shall make the ephod of gold, of blue, and purple, scarlet, and fine twined linen, the work of the skillful workman. 7. It shall have two shoulder straps joined to the two ends of it, that it may be joined together. 8. The skillfully woven band, which is on it, that is on him, shall be like its work and of the same piece; of gold, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen. 9. You shall take two onyx stones, and engrave on them the names of the children of Israel: 10. six of their names on the one stone, and the names of the six that remain on the other stone, in the order of their birth. 11. With the work of an engraver in stone, like the engravings of a signet, you shall engrave the two stones, according to the names of the children of Israel: you shall make them to be enclosed in settings of gold. 12. You shall put the two stones on the shoulder straps of the ephod, to be stones of memorial for the children of Israel: and Aaron shall bear their names before Yahweh on his two shoulders for a memorial. 13. You shall make settings of gold, 14. and two chains of pure gold; you shall make them like cords of braided work: and you shall put the braided chains on the settings. 15. “You shall make a breastplate of judgment, the work of the skillful workman; like the work of the ephod you shall make it; of gold, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, you shall make it. 16. It shall be square and folded double; a span shall be its length of it, and a span its width. 17. You shall set in it settings of stones, four rows of stones: a row of ruby, topaz, and beryl shall be the first row; 18. and the second row a turquoise, a sapphire, and an emerald; 19. and the third row a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst; 20. and the fourth row a chrysolite, an onyx, and a jasper: they shall be enclosed in gold in their settings. 21. The stones shall be according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names; like the engravings of a signet, everyone according to his name, they shall be for the twelve tribes. 22. You shall make on the breastplate chains like cords, of braided work of pure gold. 23. You shall make on the breastplate two rings of gold, and shall put the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate. 24. You shall put the two braided chains of gold in the two rings at the ends of the breastplate. 25. The other two ends of the two braided chains you shall put on the two settings, and put them on the shoulder straps of the ephod in its forepart. 26. You shall make two rings of gold, and you shall put them on the two ends of the breastplate, on its edge, which is toward the side of the ephod inward. 27. You shall make two rings of gold, and shall put them on the two shoulder straps of the ephod underneath, in its forepart, close by its coupling, above the skillfully woven band of the ephod. 28. They shall bind the breastplate by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, that it may be on the skillfully woven band of the ephod, and that the breastplate may not swing out from the ephod. 29. Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the breastplate of judgment on his heart, when he goes in to the holy place, for a memorial before Yahweh continually. 30. You shall put in the breastplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim; and they shall be on Aaron’s heart, when he goes in before Yahweh: and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel on his heart before Yahweh continually. 31. “You shall make the robe of the ephod all of blue. 32. It shall have a hole for the head in the middle of it. It shall have a binding of woven work around its hole, as it were the hole of a coat of mail, that it not be torn. 33. On its hem you shall make pomegranates of blue, and of purple, and of scarlet, around its hem; and bells of gold between and around them: 34. a golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, around the hem of the robe. 35. It shall be on Aaron to minister: and its sound shall be heard when he goes in to the holy place before Yahweh, and when he comes out, that he not die. 36. “You shall make a plate of pure gold, and engrave on it, like the engravings of a signet, ‘HOLY TO YAHWEH.’ 37. You shall put it on a lace of blue, and it shall be on the sash; on the front of the sash it shall be. 38. It shall be on Aaron’s forehead, and Aaron shall bear the iniquity of the holy things, which the children of Israel shall make holy in all their holy gifts; and it shall be always on his forehead, that they may be accepted before Yahweh. 39. You shall weave the coat in checker work of fine linen, and you shall make a turban of fine linen, and you shall make a sash, the work of the embroiderer. 40. “You shall make coats for Aaron’s sons, and you shall make sashes for them and you shall make headbands for them, for glory and for beauty. 41. You shall put them on Aaron your brother, and on his sons with him, and shall anoint them, and consecrate them, and sanctify them, that they may minister to me in the priest’s office. 42. You shall make them linen breeches to cover the flesh of their nakedness; from the waist even to the thighs they shall reach: 43. They shall be on Aaron, and on his sons, when they go in to the Tent of Meeting, or when they come near to the altar to minister in the holy place; that they don’t bear iniquity, and die: it shall be a statute forever to him and to his offspring after him.
1. He also said to his disciples, “There was a certain rich man who had a manager. An accusation was made to him that this man was wasting his possessions. 2. He called him, and said to him, ‘What is this that I hear about you? Give an accounting of your management, for you can no longer be manager.’ 3. “The manager said within himself, ‘What will I do, seeing that my lord is taking away the management position from me? I don’t have strength to dig. I am ashamed to beg. 4. I know what I will do, so that when I am removed from management, they may receive me into their houses.’ 5. Calling each one of his lord’s debtors to him, he said to the first, ‘How much do you owe to my lord?’ 6. He said, ‘A hundred batos of oil.’ He said to him, ‘Take your bill, and sit down quickly and write fifty.’ 7. Then he said to another, ‘How much do you owe?’ He said, ‘A hundred cors of wheat.’ He said to him, ‘Take your bill, and write eighty.’ 8. “His lord commended the dishonest manager because he had done wisely, for the children of this world are, in their own generation, wiser than the children of the light. 9. I tell you, make for yourselves friends by means of unrighteous mammon, so that when you fail, they may receive you into the eternal tents. 10. He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much. He who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much. 11. If therefore you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? 12. If you have not been faithful in that which is another’s, who will give you that which is your own? 13. No servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to one, and despise the other. You aren’t able to serve God and Mammon.” 14. The Pharisees, who were lovers of money, also heard all these things, and they scoffed at him. 15. He said to them, “You are those who justify yourselves in the sight of men, but God knows your hearts. For that which is exalted among men is an abomination in the sight of God. 16. The law and the prophets were until John. From that time the Good News of God’s Kingdom is preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it. 17. But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away, than for one tiny stroke of a pen in the law to fall. 18. Everyone who divorces his wife, and marries another, commits adultery. He who marries one who is divorced from a husband commits adultery. 19. “Now there was a certain rich man, and he was clothed in purple and fine linen, living in luxury every day. 20. A certain beggar, named Lazarus, was taken to his gate, full of sores, 21. and desiring to be fed with the crumbs that fell from the rich man’s table. Yes, even the dogs came and licked his sores. 22. The beggar died, and he was carried away by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died, and was buried. 23. In Hades, he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far off, and Lazarus at his bosom. 24. He cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue! For I am in anguish in this flame.’ 25. “But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that you, in your lifetime, received your good things, and Lazarus, in the same way, bad things. But here he is now comforted, and you are in anguish. 26. Besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, that those who want to pass from here to you are not able, and that no one may cross over from there to us.’ 27. “He said, ‘I ask you therefore, father, that you would send him to my father’s house; 28. for I have five brothers, that he may testify to them, so they won’t also come into this place of torment.’ 29. “But Abraham said to him, ‘They have Moses and the prophets. Let them listen to them.’ 30. “He said, ‘No, father Abraham, but if one goes to them from the dead, they will repent.’ 31. “He said to him, ‘If they don’t listen to Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded if one rises from the dead.’” 1. He said to the disciples, “It is impossible that no occasions of stumbling should come, but woe to him through whom they come! 2. It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, rather than that he should cause one of these little ones to stumble. 3. Be careful. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him. If he repents, forgive him. 4. If he sins against you seven times in the day, and seven times returns, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.” 5. The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.” 6. The Lord said, “If you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you would tell this sycamore tree, ‘Be uprooted, and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you. 7. But who is there among you, having a servant plowing or keeping sheep, that will say, when he comes in from the field, ‘Come immediately and sit down at the table,’ 8. and will not rather tell him, ‘Prepare my supper, clothe yourself properly, and serve me, while I eat and drink. Afterward you shall eat and drink’? 9. Does he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded? I think not. 10. Even so you also, when you have done all the things that are commanded you, say, ‘We are unworthy servants. We have done our duty.’” 11. As he was on his way to Jerusalem, he was passing along the borders of Samaria and Galilee. 12. As he entered into a certain village, ten men who were lepers met him, who stood at a distance. 13. They lifted up their voices, saying, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!” 14. When he saw them, he said to them, “Go and show yourselves to the priests.” As they went, they were cleansed. 15. One of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, glorifying God with a loud voice. 16. He fell on his face at Jesus’ feet, giving him thanks; and he was a Samaritan. 17. Jesus answered, “Weren’t the ten cleansed? But where are the nine? 18. Were there none found who returned to give glory to God, except this stranger?” 19. Then he said to him, “Get up, and go your way. Your faith has healed you.” 20. Being asked by the Pharisees when God’s Kingdom would come, he answered them, “God’s Kingdom doesn’t come with observation; 21. neither will they say, ‘Look, here!’ or, ‘Look, there!’ for behold, God’s Kingdom is within you.” 22. He said to the disciples, “The days will come, when you will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it. 23. They will tell you, ‘Look, here!’ or ‘Look, there!’ Don’t go away, nor follow after them, 24. for as the lightning, when it flashes out of the one part under the sky, shines to the other part under the sky; so will the Son of Man be in his day. 25. But first, he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation. 26. As it was in the days of Noah, even so will it be also in the days of the Son of Man. 27. They ate, they drank, they married, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ship, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. 28. Likewise, even as it was in the days of Lot: they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; 29. but in the day that Lot went out from Sodom, it rained fire and sulfur from the sky, and destroyed them all. 30. It will be the same way in the day that the Son of Man is revealed. 31. In that day, he who will be on the housetop, and his goods in the house, let him not go down to take them away. Let him who is in the field likewise not turn back. 32. Remember Lot’s wife! 33. Whoever seeks to save his life loses it, but whoever loses his life preserves it. 34. I tell you, in that night there will be two people in one bed. The one will be taken, and the other will be left. 35. There will be two grinding grain together. One will be taken, and the other will be left.” 36. 37. They, answering, asked him, “Where, Lord?” He said to them, “Where the body is, there will the vultures also be gathered together.” 1. He also spoke a parable to them that they must always pray, and not give up, 2. saying, “There was a judge in a certain city who didn’t fear God, and didn’t respect man. 3. A widow was in that city, and she often came to him, saying, ‘Defend me from my adversary!’ 4. He wouldn’t for a while, but afterward he said to himself, ‘Though I neither fear God, nor respect man, 5. yet because this widow bothers me, I will defend her, or else she will wear me out by her continual coming.’” 6. The Lord said, “Listen to what the unrighteous judge says. 7. Won’t God avenge his chosen ones, who are crying out to him day and night, and yet he exercises patience with them? 8. I tell you that he will avenge them quickly. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?” 9. He spoke also this parable to certain people who were convinced of their own righteousness, and who despised all others. 10. “Two men went up into the temple to pray; one was a Pharisee, and the other was a tax collector. 11. The Pharisee stood and prayed to himself like this: ‘God, I thank you, that I am not like the rest of men, extortionists, unrighteous, adulterers, or even like this tax collector. 12. I fast twice a week. I give tithes of all that I get.’ 13. But the tax collector, standing far away, wouldn’t even lift up his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me, a sinner!’ 14. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but he who humbles himself will be exalted.” 15. They were also bringing their babies to him, that he might touch them. But when the disciples saw it, they rebuked them. 16. Jesus summoned them, saying, “Allow the little children to come to me, and don’t hinder them, for God’s Kingdom belongs to such as these. 17. Most certainly, I tell you, whoever doesn’t receive God’s Kingdom like a little child, he will in no way enter into it.” 18. A certain ruler asked him, saying, “Good Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” 19. Jesus asked him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good, except one—God. 20. You know the commandments: ‘Don’t commit adultery,’ ‘Don’t murder,’ ‘Don’t steal,’ ‘Don’t give false testimony,’ ‘Honor your father and your mother.’” 21. He said, “I have observed all these things from my youth up.” 22. When Jesus heard these things, he said to him, “You still lack one thing. Sell all that you have, and distribute it to the poor. You will have treasure in heaven. Come, follow me.” 23. But when he heard these things, he became very sad, for he was very rich. 24. Jesus, seeing that he became very sad, said, “How hard it is for those who have riches to enter into God’s Kingdom! 25. For it is easier for a camel to enter in through a needle’s eye, than for a rich man to enter into God’s Kingdom.” 26. Those who heard it said, “Then who can be saved?” 27. But he said, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.” 28. Peter said, “Look, we have left everything, and followed you.” 29. He said to them, “Most certainly I tell you, there is no one who has left house, or wife, or brothers, or parents, or children, for God’s Kingdom’s sake, 30. who will not receive many times more in this time, and in the world to come, eternal life.” 31. He took the twelve aside, and said to them, “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and all the things that are written through the prophets concerning the Son of Man will be completed. 32. For he will be delivered up to the Gentiles, will be mocked, treated shamefully, and spit on. 33. They will scourge and kill him. On the third day, he will rise again.” 34. They understood none of these things. This saying was hidden from them, and they didn’t understand the things that were said. 35. As he came near Jericho, a certain blind man sat by the road, begging. 36. Hearing a multitude going by, he asked what this meant. 37. They told him that Jesus of Nazareth was passing by. 38. He cried out, “Jesus, you son of David, have mercy on me!” 39. Those who led the way rebuked him, that he should be quiet; but he cried out all the more, “You son of David, have mercy on me!” 40. Standing still, Jesus commanded him to be brought to him. When he had come near, he asked him, 41. “What do you want me to do?” He said, “Lord, that I may see again.” 42. Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight. Your faith has healed you.” 43. Immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying God. All the people, when they saw it, praised God.
1. My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning? 2. They trusted, and you delivered them. 5. They cried to you, and were delivered. They trusted in you, and were not disappointed. 6. But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised by the people. 7. All those who see me mock me. They insult me with their lips. They shake their heads, saying, 8. “He trusts in Yahweh. Let him deliver him. Let him rescue him, since he delights in him.” 9. But you brought me out of the womb. You made me trust while at my mother’s breasts. 10. For dogs have surrounded me. A company of evildoers have enclosed me. They have pierced my hands and feet. 17. I can count all of my bones. They look and stare at me. 18. They divide my garments among them. They cast lots for my clothing. 19. But don’t be far off, Yahweh. You are my help: hurry to help me. 20. Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dog. 21. Save me from the lion’s mouth! Yes, from the horns of the wild oxen, you have answered me. 22. I will declare your name to my brothers. Among the assembly, I will praise you. 23. You who fear Yahweh, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, glorify him!
